Admission and Enrollment

Students must provide accurate personal and educational details during enrollment. Admission is subject to meeting eligibility criteria and submitting the required documents. The institute reserves the right to cancel admission if false information is provided.

Fees and Payments

All course fees must be paid as per the schedule provided by the institute. Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in special cases where the management approves a refund request. If a student fails to pay fees on time, access to classes and study materials may be restricted.

Course Duration and Attendance

Students are expected to attend all classes regularly. A minimum attendance percentage (as specified by the institute) is required to appear for exams and receive a course certificate. Repeated absence without valid reasons may lead to disciplinary action.

Study Materials and Copyright

All study materials, notes, and online content provided by the institute are for personal use only. Students cannot copy, share, or sell these materials without permission. Any misuse of study content may lead to legal action.

Code of Conduct

Students must maintain discipline and respect faculty, staff, and fellow students. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or disruption in class may result in suspension or expulsion. Damaging institute property or engaging in unfair practices during exams is strictly prohibited.

Use of Institute Facilities

Students must use classrooms, libraries, labs, and online platforms responsibly. Internet access provided by the institute must not be used for illegal or inappropriate activities. Any misuse of facilities may lead to restrictions or penalties.

Online Courses and E-Learning

For students enrolling in online courses, it is their responsibility to have a stable internet connection and required software/hardware. The institute is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end. Access to online learning platforms is provided for educational purposes only.

Privacy and Personal Data

The institute collects student information for academic and administrative purposes. Personal data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.

Placement Assistance

The institute provides placement assistance but does not guarantee job placement. Students must actively participate in training, interviews, and internships to increase their job prospects.

Changes to Courses and Policies

The institute reserves the right to change course content, schedules, or policies as needed. Any updates will be communicated to students via official channels.

Termination of Enrollment

A student’s enrollment may be terminated if they:

Violate the institute’s rules and regulations.
Engage in misconduct or unlawful activities.
Fail to meet academic or financial obligations.
